We bought the apartment in March 2025 and completely refurnished it shortly after. In 2026 we also installed a brand-new bathroom and hallway. Kaprun has truly become a second home for us, and with that in mind we try to make it a really lovely place for our guests. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: a fully equipped kitchen, two smart TVs (in the living room and in one of the bedrooms), a comfortable sofa bed, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Kaprun is located in the Pinzgau region, surrounded by mountains and glaciers, and together with Zell am See it's one of Austria's best-known holiday destinations, both in winter and in summer. Since we rent out the apartment all year round, you can stay here for an active ski holiday as well as an adventurous summer getaway. De regio Zell am See-Kaprun is uitstekend bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. In de winter stopt de (ski)bus vlak voor de deur en brengt u binnen enkele minuten naar de skiliften, met een geldige skipas is dit gratis. In de zomer (15 mei t/m 31 oktober) verhuren wij het appartement inclusief de Zell am See-Kaprun Sommercard. Deze kaart fungeert ook als mobiliteitskaart: u reist er gratis mee met alle bussen en treinen in de regio, bijvoorbeeld naar de Krimmler Wasserfälle of de hooggebergtestuwmeren van Kaprun. Zo kunt u de omgeving verkennen zonder aan losse vervoerskosten te hoeven denken.

The apartment is located in a quiet spot in Kaprun, within walking distance of the centre and the Klammsee. Within walking distance you'll find cosy cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shops for your daily groceries. Kaprun is especially known for the nearby Kitzsteinhorn glacier and the Sigmund Thun Gorge and Klammsee, an impressive gorge that's easy to walk. So for peace and nature you've come to exactly the right place, while the lively Zell am See with its lake is just a short distance away.
